Robert Kaelin

Author, Speaker, Trainer, & Coach

Founder and CEO of Counter Culture Leadership. Robert is a visionary leader who is passionate about helping other leaders lead. He is an entrepreneur, author, coach, and leadership expert. His love for people propelled him to find his purpose. Feeling called to become a pastor, Robert began exploring ministry life. Ultimately, God called him to leave his job at Microsoft's Xbox team, and put his skills to use by building a community of leaders leading with purpose and adding value to those around them. He wants to invite you into that community here.

Tony Frascone

Speaker, Facilitator, & Coach

Between the ages of 28-38, Tony endured three heart attacks. Later, his daughter, Poppy needed open heart surgery after a rare defect was found. Through it all, Tony’s unwavering optimism and heartfelt encouraging leadership style will inspire you to set new records of high performance, deliver exceptional work, and become a dynamic, collaborative, driven, versatile, and diligent leader.

Tony is a dedicated C-Suite Executive who will capitalize on extensive leadership, organizational success, and personal life experience through his unique ability to explain how to Lead with HEART.

Robin McCoy

Speaker, Trainer, & Coach

Robin is an entrepreneur and Certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer and coach. She has her BA in Religious Studies from Faith Seminary and has taken her decades of expertise in hospitality, management, trainer and teacher to craft a coaching business. For over 13 years Robin has built and trained volunteer teams as the Executive Connections Director at Champions Centre. Robin has over 20 years of experience providing her clients with customized clear systems and processes that drive individuals and teams forward toward health. She loves helping people, teams, and organizations with systems and processes that help them thrive in every area. It is Robin's mission to "Ignite wellness and wholeness by transforming mindsets, developing disciplines, and creating new habits."

Mike Newman

Mike is the founder and CEO of Innovations In Leadership. His focus is on developing the next generation of leaders. As a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with Maxwell Leadership, Personality Insights, and People Keys, he assists leaders and organizations in developing themselves and their teams. Mike has invested over 35 years in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, curriculum director, and superintendent of business and operations. His practical experience in the day-to-day operations of large organizations provides his perspective on the need for strategic leadership and building teams to address the ever-changing world of leadership and coaching. He provides real-world perspectives as he works with leaders and their teams.
