Ron Lynch is a unique creative force in the marketing industry as a screenwriter, copywriter, director, producer, inventor, and most of all a light hearted soul with deep thoughts. A background in retail operations in the Pacific Northwest with Metropolitan Markets gave him an education in brick and mortar business. A resulting hobby in filmmaking and product design made him a natural to take to making infomercials in the early 2000’s. He has a passion for ethically bringing innovations to consumers that solve real problems. Most often associated as the creative, strategist GoPro and 70 other brands including Rug Doctor, Orange Glo/OxiClean, Samsung, J&J, S.C. Johnson Brands.
His work had produced 6 billion in directly attributable revenue for his clients. He has several patents, had a hand in over a dozen films and produced a library of over 400 television commercials. He is happy to offer counsel and perspective to open minds and hearts. Ron currently consults for a variety of consumer companies, does success coaching for elite marketers and frequently speaks at Universities as an expert in the Direct Response field. His book “Buy Now” is utilized in marketing schools and he has 4 more books in edit at the moment. A fictional business fable called “It’s a Circus Out There”. “ A Screenwriter’s Guide to Tribulation”- A book about Abrahamic religions prophecies and the 20th-21st century potential fulfillment through a filmmaker’s lens.
He teaches 13-week correspondence course called the Marketing Mercenary. This teaches young marketers and experienced how to think about wealth, money and ethical sales from an audience perspective. It is a guide that over 400 people have used to launch businesses over the past 6 years. He is on the board of several tech and food oriented start-ups as well. He lives in the Hill Country outside of Austin Texas with his wife of 33 years, 3 dogs and chickens on an animal game preserve for Blackbuck Antelope. He is here to help offer perspective and teach you how to create connectivity that benefits those around you through the “Law of Traction”.
Tara Doyle-Enneking is the President and CEO of the Puyallup Sumner Chamber of Commerce. She got her M.B.A. University of Denver with an emphasis in Executive Leadership Concentration, an M.A from Pacific Lutheran University focused in Marriage and Family Therapy and most recently a certificate from Harvard Business School in Leadership Principles. Tara has more than 17 years of experience as a small business owner, so she understands what owning a business entails. And as a mom and grandmother, she also knows the importance of family and community.
She serves her community daily with a passionate, energetic spirit. Tara takes her role in the community seriously. She educates local business owners on rules and regulations.
Tara values education within the local economy. She’s an incredible advocate for local businesses. From planning collaborative events and connecting local business owners to developing programs that help the community grow, Tara sees how much potential there is in the local community.
She also understands the needs within the community and the challenges of owning a business. That is why her door is always open to local business owners. She is happy to listen to concerns within the community and looks for ways that she can help foster growth.
Named Puyallup's Champion of Commerce in 2023, Robert has been invested in building a community of leaders who are passionate about making a positive difference in the world around them.
Robert is the founder and CEO of Counter Culture Leadership. He is a visionary leader who is passionate about helping other leaders lead. He is an entrepreneur, author, coach, international speaker and leadership expert. His debut book, "Generous Influencers" will be released on 11/28/23 and can be pre-ordered where ever books are sold.
His love for people propelled him to find his purpose. Feeling called to become a pastor, Robert began exploring ministry life. Ultimately, God called him to leave his job at Microsoft's Xbox team, and put his skills to use by building a community of leaders leading with purpose and adding value to those around them. His book, Generous Influencers, is set to hit the shelves later this year.

Mike has invested over 35 years in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, curriculum director, and superintendent of business and operations.
His practical experience in the day-to-day operations of large organizations provides his perspective on the need for strategic leadership and building teams to address the ever-changing world of leadership and coaching. He provides real-world perspectives as he works with leaders and their teams.
